Carrie Jeske is founder and president of Inventive Ideas, a Kansas City, Missouri C-Corporation that launches original products into the market.  Starting in 2000, she launched SportsShade, through the stages of conceptual design, patenting, market research, prototype development, and product distribution.  She offers her expeirence through a line of products and services designed to grow people and projects.   SportsShade is market tested at 10,000 units averaging $200,000 annual sales and is available for license or acquisition.

Carrie has appeared on QVC and sold products to major retialers such as Sam's Club, Costco, Sport's Authority as well as a variety of other distribution channels including catalog, online and industry specific.   Her expeirence ranges retail consumer products as well as business to business wholesale goods.

Prior to founding Inventive Ideas, Inc., Carrie served as president of VITEC, Inc, a provider of call center technology in Lenexa, Kansas. She holds a Masters in Management from Webster University and earned a BA in Political Science, a BA in Journalism/Mass Communications-Advertising, and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from Kansas State University.   Carrie Jeske is best known for her team building skills. She is a professional trainer in selling skills, management technique, customer service, personality styles and organizational development.

Carrie is a driven, extrovert who enjoys people and has a gift of encouraging individuals to rise to higher levels of performance. Carrie is happily married to, SportsShade inventor and high school sweetheart, Stewart Jeske for 25 years. Carrie serves on the Board of Directors for several not-for-profit organizations.  Her passion is turning inventors into entrapranuers and building management teams that attract investment.   Carrie volunteers her time at ICKC meetings and prefers to be contacted by email, rather than phone.
