	BOARD OF DIRECTORS / OFFICERS  Board meetings are the 2nd Saturday of each month, by invitation only. Board is self electing each November, primarily drawing from Committee Chairs. All positions are volunteer 2-year terms.  Board members are expected to:   1) Donate $100 as a Premium Member and/or. 2) Secure, at least, one $200 meeting sponsor per year. 3) Host, at least, one Board Meeting per year and miss no more than four.
